An Interview with Saundra Dalton-Smith

Friday Favorites—I am so excited to interview a dear friend and fellow AWSA, Saundra Dalton-Smith. Saundra and I met three years ago at an AWSA conference. From the moment I met her, I knew she was a special and committed woman of God. Since 2013, Saundra, Heidi McLaughlin, and I join together via Skype for monthly prayer meetings. God has moved in Saundra’s ministry in amazing ways in the past three years. Today we will visit with Saundra about her award-winning devotional Come Empty: Pour Out Life’s Hurst and Receive God’s Healing Love.

Here’s a bit more about Saundra’s ministry: Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith is a board certified internal medicine physician. She shares with audiences nationwide on the topics of eliminating limiting emotions, finding grace in difficult places, and experiencing personal renewal by drawing near to God. Dr. Dalton-Smith is a national and international media resource on the mind, body, spirit connection and has been featured in Women’s Day, Redbook, Focus on the Family, and First For Women magazine. She is the founder of I Choose My Best Life, a movement of women intentionally seeking God’s best for their life. Her books include award-winning Set Free to Live Free: Breaking Through the 7 Lies Women Tell Themselves and her newest release Come Empty: Pour Out Life’s Hurts and Receive God’s Healing Love.
