Finally Friday? That’s right, some of us feel that way. Wondering why this week might have been so hard? It could have been the DST adjustment. Or it might just be the busyness of the race of life. I am in Davis, now, preparing for The Lucky Run, a St. Patrick’s Day literal 7K race (four miles) with my 83-year-old mother. She and I will be up bright and early tomorrow morning, after months of training, planning, and preparing. As we run, I will be motivated by this portion of St. Patrick’s liturgy. Christ to comfort and restore me.
