Restoration Coaching is private, one-on-one support for women who are tired of feeling sick and tired, worn out, burned out, or carrying a heaviness that just will not lift.
This is not simply about sleep.
This is an intentional, guided space to pause, listen inwardly, and clarify how you can find the rest you need.
I understand that personally. For years, I lived as though rest had to be earned by doing more and being everything to everyone. Instead, I became weak, weary, worn out, and burned out under constant pressure to produce.
When I came across the 7 Types of Rest® material, it was life-changing personally. I discovered true rest included renewal for my body, mind, and soul.
Because of this experience, I became certified in the content and began helping women identify where rest is missing, develop a renewal plan, and receive tangible tools they can apply in everyday life.

Because this work is personal and structured, each client begins with an application. This allows us to ensure the coaching experience is a strong fit and that you are prepared to engage fully in the process.
Each client begins with an application to ensure this coaching experience is a strong fit. After your application is reviewed and accepted, you will receive instructions to schedule your session, complete the client intake process, and submit payment for your selected coaching option.
You may begin with one 45-minute coaching session or choose the six-month coaching package, which includes weekly 45-minute sessions.
Each coaching session is 45 minutes and may be held by Zoom, phone, or in person.
All one-on-one sessions include daily texting or email support between sessions.
Clients are expected to attend regularly scheduled sessions, provide 24 hours’ notice if unable to attend, complete the intake process, and engage fully in the coaching experience.
Due to the intentional preparation, limited availability, and time reserved specifically for you, refunds are not offered.
